Recipe: Good Morning, Coconut and Almond Smoothie

This tasty Coconut Almond Smoothie recipe has oats, bananas, yoghurt and nut butter and is a great healthy way to start your day, providing you with slow burning energy to keep you fuelled till lunch.

Ingredients – Serves 2-3
500ml Skimmed Milk
150ml Natural Yoghurt
3 tbsp Coconut Almond Butter
2 Bananas
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
2 tsp Old Fashioned Oats
1 tbsp honey (optional)

Method
Grind flaxseeds & oats into a fine powder using a pestle mortar.
Add all the ingredients into a food processor until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Best served cool.
